The entry is on the second floor with access to the garage and master bedroom with a King size bed and full bathroom. The subterranean level has one room with a King size bed and another room with two Queen size beds conjoined by a Jack and Jill bathroom. On the same floor is a large living room. often given the name “Kids Room” this space is multi use. This room sits next to the trundle bed room with a full bathroom attached.

The top floor features the kitchen as well as the outdoor deck. The home is great for large groups allowing for time together but also time to separate.

In the summer, Baldy Mountain is a great hiking destination with one of the best restaurants (Round House) that you can hike or take the gondola to.
